Evaluation and Updates in the Coworking Space

This evening, we gathered with everyone involved in running the coworking space for our regular operational review. Together, we spent just over an hour discussing what has and hasn’t worked, occupancy trends during opening hours, feedback themes, the challenges faced by the team managing the cowork, and potential improvements. We continuously collect your feedback and implement what we can.

So, what’s new?

• A small adjustment to meeting room rules: If you’re using a meeting room alone and a group arrives that needs the space, they can ask you to vacate it. As you know, meeting rooms are primarily intended for groups, not individuals.
• Support for student organizations: We discussed ways to make the coworking space more accessible to student organizations. After 6 PM, we’d like the cowork to serve more as a meeting hub. Let’s see how this idea develops.
• Chess and board games: We’re adding chess and board games to the coworking space. The list is coming together.
